Test-drive college life!
There are many good reasons to consider pre-college programs...
1. to study a specific subject
2. to get a taste of college life
3. you think it will be fun
4. to meet new people and broaden your horizons
and you might want to give pre-college programs a shot if:
1. you're nervous about leaving home and your friends in the summer but like new experiences.
2. your parents think you would enjoy it... as much as we hate to admit it, mom is usually right!
3. you're on the fence. If you've identified a credible program and you're just on the fence personally... give it a shot. This is the perfect time to push yourself and get out of your comfort zone.
But an academic summer program might not be a good fit for you and that's ok.
